Peter Pan Book Coaster

Description:

Midnight blue and white — the title swirling among stars, Peter and Wendy aloft in a moonlit medallion, three small silhouettes flying for the corner, and the pirate ship waiting between the trees below. A handmade coaster modeled after a little hardback, spine and all.

The name Wendy was hardly used before this story — a scattering of records, nothing more. Then the play opened in 1904, Wendy Darling flew out of the nursery window, and the name followed the story around the world. Nearly every Wendy since can trace her name back to the girl in that moonlit medallion.

Why you'll love it:

• A storybook cover in midnight blue and white — Peter and Wendy over Neverland, with the ship below — in full color
• Handmade from reclaimed wood and shaped like a miniature hardback, printed spine and all
• Fully sealed with a semigloss high-performance top coat — condensation and spills wipe clean
• Felt feet on the back keep your table free of scratches

Perfect for: bedtime-story readers, nursery bookshelves, or anyone who still claps for fairies.
