At Ashley Jordan Gifts & Decor, we want to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery timeframes.

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping for orders of $50 and above
  • Standard shipping of $7.95 on all other orders

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after order processing

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Your shipping address and location
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable carriers. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

We do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO military addresses (contact us for availability)
  • International addresses

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. When available, this will include:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method used. When provided, you can use your tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

If you have not received shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com within 14 days of the delivery date

While we cannot guarantee delivery once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  • Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos

No need to send the item back — we resolve claims based on photos. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com and we will investigate.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at info@ashleyjordangnd.com
  • We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped
  • Once shipped, you may need to contact the carrier directly to request address corrections (additional fees may apply)

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, please contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com. We will work with you to reship the order or process a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in cases of incorrect addresses.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During holiday seasons and peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing times may be extended
  • Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date
