How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 on all orders within the continental United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 states).
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at info@ashleyjordangnd.com. For damaged packages, contact us within 3 days with photos and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or damaged items only, within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preferences, or non-defective items. As a curated boutique working with artisan suppliers, we encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How do I start a return for a defective item?
Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com within 30 days with your order number, photos of the defect, and description. We'll review and process a refund if approved.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com within 3 days with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We'll work with you to resolve through replacement or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective items, return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise arranged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
If the same item is available and your return is approved, we're happy to send a replacement. If out of stock, we'll process a full refund.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
