Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, flat rate shipping is $7.95 anywhere in the continental United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 states).
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 14 days at info@ashleyjordangnd.com. For damaged packages, contact us within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept claims for items that arrive defective or damaged during shipping, within 14 days of delivery. Because each item is carefully selected, we are unable to accept returns for items that are not defective. We encourage you to review product descriptions and photos closely before ordering.
How do I submit a claim for a defective or damaged item?
Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item (and packaging if damaged in shipping), and a brief description. We'll review your claim and be in touch promptly. No need to send the item back — we resolve claims based on photos.
How are claims resolved?
For approved claims, we'll either send a replacement (if available) or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item or process a full refund.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at info@ashleyjordangnd.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet (within 1-3 business days), we can often make changes or cancel it. Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure checkout process.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify's secure payment processing, which is PCI compliant and encrypts all payment information.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once it ships.
