What We Stand Behind

We accept claims for items that arrive:

  • Defective (manufacturing defect or does not function as intended)
  • Damaged during shipping

Because we curate every piece with care, we encourage you to review product photos and descriptions before purchasing. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, color or style preferences, or items that are not defective. All other sales are final.


Claim Window

Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to Submit a Claim

Author Clock warranty claims: The Author Clock comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Customers should contact Author & Co. directly at info@authorandco.com for warranty issues. Shipping damage and defects reported within 14 days of delivery follow our standard claim process above

For Defective Items:

  1. Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, photos of the defective item, and a brief description of the defect
  3. We will review your claim and be in touch promptly
  4. No need to return the item — we resolve claims based on photos

For Items Damaged During Shipping:

  1. Take photos of both the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com within 14 days of delivery
  3. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund
  4. No need to return the item — we resolve claims based on photos

How We Resolve Claims

Refunds:

  • Credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Replacements:

  • If the same item is available, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
  • If out of stock, we will process a full refund

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked final sale at time of purchase

Received the Wrong Item?

We want to make this right. Contact us at info@ashleyjordangnd.com with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item or process a full refund.
